By accessing Craftory (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. The Platform provides IoT development kits, student engineering projects, and custom hardware/embedded engineering services.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Orders, Quotes & Pricing
Custom Engineering Projects: All projects are quote-based. Final pricing is confirmed by Craftory after review of your requirements and is not publicly listed. A 60% advance deposit initiates work; the remaining 40% is due on completion.
IoT Kits: Listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Authoritative totals are calculated server-side at checkout.
Quotations: A submitted quote request is an inquiry, not a binding contract, until a confirmed quotation is issued and accepted.
3. Intellectual Property
Project source code, schematics, reports, and documentation delivered to you are licensed for your personal academic and learning use. Reselling, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of delivered materials without written permission is prohibited. Craftory retains rights to underlying platform content, branding, and methodologies.
4. Delivery & Acceptance
IoT kits are dispatched after full payment and typically delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Custom projects are delivered upon completion and live demonstration. Risk passes to you on delivery. Digital deliverables are provided via your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and deliverables are provided on an “as is” basis for educational and prototyping use. Craftory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business.
